The recent pandemic continues to have "ripple effects" on transportation and delivery practices at many levels, including the practices of our suppliers, manufacturers, and delivery providers. In addition, last year’s scene saw many individuals and families engage in more outdoor activities, thereby increasing the overall demand for outdoor products.

Nonetheless, all our warehouses and retail locations are very busy because they work tirelessly to ensure that our outdoor customers continue to get the products they need when they need it.

Subscription service delivery

Subscription orders (except international shipping) will get free standard shipping for all shipping after the first order. There are no rush options available.


The shipping costs for the first subscription order and international subscription shipments are listed above, depending on where the shipment is sent.


Shipping and handling fees are subject to change without notice.


Due to the size and weight of the item, additional fees may be charged for oversized or overweight items.
These additional costs will be noted under the important red notice on the product page and will be reflected in your order total during checkout.

Dangerous goods cannot be rushed or internationally transported. Dangerous fees may be charged for land transportation. If there is an applicable hazard fee, it will be displayed on the product page under the important notice.
Orders containing dangerous goods (with a $20.00 dangerous fee) and orders over $1,50 will require a signature upon delivery.
Most out-of-stock items will be shipped through DHL.
